My Mom, The Inspiration For It All
The Facial Lounge OKC was created to share to my Mom’s exemplary, one-of-a-kind facials with the world. She is an award-winning, celebrity esthetician long before the days of social media. What sets her apart is her ability to fuse the best skincare knowledge from both Asian and Western cultures. She cared about her clients and was generous with her products as well as her time. Her facials were so coveted that it took her 10 years of trying to retire before her clients finally accepted. After which, I went to countless spas, sometimes spending double or triple, hoping for a similar facial. Finally, I decided the only way I could feel my Mother’s facials again was to create my own spa and have her teach her extraordinary technique to a new generation of estheticians. I wanted to not only replicate her facials, but also make them accessible for busy people like myself. I love the idea of an open concept spa that encourages social connection and shared experiences between loved ones. And so, The Facial Lounge OKC was born.
I’m proud to say my Mom was the first client and she fell asleep during the treatment which is the surest sign of authenticity!

Meet The Team
Rima Kay
Owner / Master Permanent Makeup Artist, 16 years of Experience / Trainer / Professionally Trained & Multi Certified Makeup artist / Esthetician
Hi! I’m Rima. I grew up in the beauty industry with my mom, Marion, as a guiding force. I obtained my management degree from OU in 2005 then became a professionally trained makeup artist and esthetician. I received my permanent makeup artist license in 2008. Thanks to my ability to apply my makeup artist training to permanent cosmetics, my demand grew immediately and so I dedicated myself entirely to permanent makeup in 2010.
I am passionate about learning and have since taken 1000+ hours of classes, trainings, conferences, and conventions to bring the latest techniques and products to my clientele. I am a diverse, analytical artist offering a range from natural to dramatic styles, but my preferred look is permanent makeup that mimics expertly done makeup for a more perfect version of you. I am a perfectionist to the core.
Though my schedule doesn’t allow time to practice esthetics, I am still obsessed with skincare, facials and the science of skin! My vision is to create an open and welcoming skincare destination where people can get my Mom’s award winning facials giving you an experience you can't get anywhere else.
Lexie Garcia (Level 3)

Hi, I’m Lexie! I fell in love with facials at my previous job as a Makeup Artist in Missouri where I got to do mini facials to prep the skin prior to makeup. It inspired me and I graduated from Bethany Beauty College in 2021. I used to struggle with acne when I was younger, along with not being content with my physical appearance. Since I got into this industry, I have learned how to take care of my body both internally and externally. I’m passionate about helping others and I want to share my knowledge with others to help people be confident in themselves. I love how we can join our clients on their skin journey.
Being at The Facial Lounge has taken me full circle back to my Makeup Artist roots and in 2023 I became Rima’s Permanent Makeup Apprentice. Using my experience in esthetics and makeup artistry, I create elevated, timeless designs that are perfectly suited to you, that you will love. I love a light, natural glam style that looks beautiful with or without makeup.
Aiyah Elnaka (Level 1)

Hi, I’m Aiyah! I have been in love with all things skincare and makeup for as long as I can remember. As soon as I heard of what an esthetician was I immediately signed up with Central Oklahoma College and got my Esthetic’s license in 2017. I since went on to study at the University of Oklahoma and graduated with a Bachelors in Chemical Biosciences in 2021. I use this knowledge everyday as I explain how ingredients work with the skin to help clients achieve the most optimal results. To me, skincare is healthcare and I have experienced first hand how it can affect someone’s everyday life physically and mentally. That’s why I am so passionate about it!

Hello, my name is Keyla! I found the love and obsession with permanent jewlery and all the glorious thing you can do to make it unique. Introducing our Estie Level System
I'm sure you all have seen it when you go to a hair salon- there are several hair stylists and you don't know who to chose or how to pick them. But they do have a level system that dictates how experienced they are and a corresponding price for that service based on their level of education & experience. So you can easily choose if you prefer to go to the top stylist because you have difficult hair or the new talent to save $ for that vacation!
Even though we only accept the top 3% of Estheticians and train them rigorously once they are hired, they are still all on different stages of their Advanced Education journey and thus have varying levels of experience.
Fun fact- We are hardcore about skincare and have 25+ Advanced Education trainings for our Esties to complete.
To accurately depict that to our clients and help them get the best experience for what they're looking for, we have decided to introduce a level system to The Facial Lounge OKC. All Esties will have their level by their name for your reference.
